BAODE guarantees the purchaser for the period of two (2) years that BAODE's solar led lighting systems will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. BAODE will, at its option, repair or replace any BAODE's system that is defective for a minimum of two (2) years after the date of purchase.
 
INSTALLATION
BAODE offers detailed instructions and videos for installation of solar led lights. Besides, BAODE can provide onsite installation training and technical assistance free of charge in initial period for large projects more than 100 poles because we has developed her experienced technical team.
 
SPARE PARTS POLY
BAODE provides 0.5% to 1% of spare parts for free based on the transaction amount.

AFTER SALES

Lead time: 2~3 weeks upon receipt of payment for 50 poles.
Shipping: Generally, solar lights are shipped by sea. Battery and pole are not available to ship by air.
Package: Individual package for each component of solar light. Wooden box for LED lamp and solar panel for LCL goods. 80 poles load a 40 HP container for 8M solar street lights and 60-3.5m solar garden lights in a 20 container.
