Working Principle of Wall-mounted Lithium Battery

1. Core Electrochemical Mechanism: Charging and discharging are achieved through the migration of lithium ions between the positive and negative electrodes. During charging, lithium ions deintercalate from the positive electrode and intercalate into the negative electrode, converting electrical energy into chemical energy for storage. During discharging, lithium ions return from the negative electrode to the positive electrode, releasing chemical energy as electrical energy.  

2. Intelligent BMS Control: Acting as the "brain" of the system, the Battery Management System (BMS) continuously monitors voltage, current, and temperature. It provides protection against overcharging, over-discharging, overcurrent, and excessive temperature, maintains cell consistency through balancing management, and supports communication linkage and charge-discharge scheduling.  

3. Synergistic Operation of Components: A lithium battery pack (configured in series/parallel to meet voltage and capacity requirements), protective enclosure (for heat dissipation, water resistance, and dustproofing), and interfaces with circuit breakers (providing secondary safety protection) work together to ensure stable operation.  

4. Complete Working Cycle:  
   - Energy Storage Phase: Charging occurs during off-peak grid hours or when solar power is abundant, with the BMS controlling charging to a safe capacity.  
   - Power Supply Phase: Discharging activates during power outages, peak grid hours, or insufficient solar generation, with the BMS monitoring remaining capacity to prevent over-discharging.  
   - Standby Phase: Low-power monitoring maintains the battery at an optimal storage level (50%-60%) to minimize capacity degradation during idle periods.

A professional must connect the circuit to ensure compatibility with solar systems or grid interfaces, with BMS protection functions tested post-installation.

2. What factors affect battery lifespan, and how to extend its service cycle?

Lifespan depends mainly on cycle count (3,000-5,000 cycles for LiFePO4), charge-discharge depth (avoid long-term full charge or deep discharge), and ambient temperature (high temperatures accelerate degradation). Set charge-discharge thresholds via BMS (e.g., 20%-90%), clean heat dissipation vents regularly, and maintain 50%-60% charge during long-term storage.

3. How to identify potential safety hazards during daily use?

Potential hazards may exist if there's abnormal heating during charging (over 50ºC), casing bulging, unusual noises during charge-discharge, or frequent indicator alarms.
